ABOUT ME
I am a former elite lightweight rower with 10 years of competitive experience representing my university and Great Britain on the international stage with considerable success being a 4-time Henley Regatta Women’s winner and having represented Great Britain at the European University Championships, at the World University Games, and at the U23 World Championships.
I graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a BSc in Sports, Coaching, and Physical Education and immediately began working as a personal trainer at Third Space a luxury gym in London where I continued to develop my craft as a trainer and took full advantage of their education system. I am a keen believer in developing my knowledge to keep up with the ever-changing and evolving health and fitness industry. Following on from my rowing career, I took up triathlon and qualified to represent Great Britain in the AG World Championships at Olympic and sprint distance in 2022. I found my love for running through triathlon and this is now my focus, I ran the London marathon in October 2022 in 3.09 my first marathon and continue to pursue road running and in 2023 I ran the London marathon in 2.57.51 and the Valencia marathon in 2.56.22. Since November 2023 I have moved to Devon and begun my Pilates training. I am now a qualified mat Pilates Instructor. I am currently training for my reformer and perinatal for Pilates qualifications.
As an international athlete, I have learnt the skill of balancing lifestyle and performance. This has given me an understanding of nutrition, training, recovery, and sleep and how important they are in achieving your goals. I believe no goal is unrealistic, and I am passionate in helping my clients achieve their true fitness potential. I use my experience as an athlete to help my clients achieve their fitness goals. I believe in an individual approach to training and create a bespoke programme for every client working with me.
