I offer one-to-one and group mat pilates sessions.

I found my love for Pilates through sport and having a back injury due to my rowing career. Pilates gave me a new way of looking at my training, and I always feel energised for doing it, even if it is just 20 minutes.
​
We don't always need to be pushing huge weights or pounding the pavements to gain fitness. Pilates will show you how your mind, body and spirit work together to give you strength and peace of mind.


Reformer and Perinatal Pilates
I am a qualified functional reformer Pilates instructor.
I am gaining my perinatal Pilates qualification, which I will be able to offer clients soon.
