Performance Training

Whether you're looking to improve in your current sport or want to take on a new challenge, I can help. I offer in-person personal training with a strength and conditioning focus. Alongside this, I use online platforms Training Peaks and True Coach to create a programme personalised to you.  I also offer facetime sessions if you cannot see me in person. This allows for accountability and consistency which is key when chasing a new performance goal. 

 

It could be your first 5km, training for a triathlon, or trying to achieve a PB. Endurance training is something I have been doing most of my life. I've experienced highs and lows, and made mistakes but each time this has taught me something new. I use this experience and knowledge to help my clients achieve their fitness goals.
