Day to Day Training

My mission is to get clients exercising pain-free in a safe environment whilst learning the benefits of strength training. From working with me I hope you achieve your goals but also exceed them as you move through your fitness journey.

I believe training should be enjoyable and something you look forward to in your day. Making it a habit and part of you is something I am keen to help with. Even if it's 10 minutes of your day it's better than nothing. I train my clients around their lifestyles working on an individual basis to find out what works best for them and their needs. The fitness industry is ever-changing and can be a mine field in terms of knowing what is best and what could work for you. Quite often one of the biggest things missing in personal training is that it isn’t personal. This is something I am determined to do with my clients. Coming from a sporting background I worked with coaches in order to get to the top level of my sport and that takes feedback, and criticism both bad and good in order to get to where you want to go. 

I like my clients to give me feedback and I work with them to make sure they are happy with the service I am providing but also feel they are getting somewhere with their training. This doesn’t always need to be physical, the mental release from training can go a long way in terms of setting up your day.
